We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Program Manager to join our Central Operations team! The Central Operations is an enterprise function that drives initiatives tied to F5's strategic priorities by providing program management, organizational change management, and business process optimization. This role specifically will lead strategic programs that will transform and optimize the enterprise. You will be responsible for program design, strategy, development, and execution of enterprise-wide initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program and project management with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex programs across enterprise stakeholders on time and within budget. The unique benefit and scope of this enterprise-wide role is the acceleration of delivering value at scale to realize F5's transformation efforts. This person has high emotional intelligence, strong critical-thinking, strength working cross-functionally, and an ability to influence and lead others to achieve program success.

The annual base pay for this position is: $144,712.00 - $217,068.00F5 maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, geographic locations, and market conditions, as well as to reflect F5's differing products, industries, and lines of business. The pay range referenced is as of the time of the job posting and is subject to change.
