Mailroom Representative (Administrative)

Accurately sort, process, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages according to established procedures and timelines.
Respond to internal and external inquiries promptly, aiding in resolving issues related to mail and package delivery.
Maintain accurate logs of shipments, deliveries, and returned mail, ensuring all records are up to date and any discrepancies are addressed.
Use company vehicle to drive to post office and other locations for pickups and drop-offs
1-2 years' experience in Courier, Mailroom, or Related Field
General computer skills - proficiency in excel is a must
Valid Driver's License
Must be able to multi-task and switch between projects as needed
Ability to work and be flexible between the hours of 8:00am to 6:00pm Monday - Friday
Requirement for physical in office presence. Non hybrid/remote role.
