Job Summary
The Head of Solutions Delivery is a key member of the IT Leadership Team. This position primarily focuses on ensuring the delivery of IT solutions by defining customer centric solutions, building testing and implementing all aspects of information security to achieve committed business outcomes. Accountable for the operational stability and quality metrics as well as the health of applications and disaster recovery readiness.
Manages a team of senior level directors responsible for influencing business strategies and enabling technology and data roadmaps. Lines of business to include:
• Retail/Small Business/Mortgage
• Community Banking
• Private Bank
• Corporate Banking
• Shared Services
• Testing Center of Excellence
This role will own the software development lifecycle methodologies and provide technical leadership to engineering and development teams as well as foster a culture of innovation, quality and continuous improvement. Oversees the design of complex software systems while incorporating human-centric design principles and facilitate design thinking workshops to create intuitive solutions. Provides technical thought leadership and consultation to the heads of the business lines monthly to review priorities and project performance. Lead the adoption of Agile thinking and the utilizing modern ways of building technology and data solutions.
