Job Description: Drive key initiatives and projects that are vital to the success of the Digital Energy Division and the overall business. Act as a key content lead and project lead for strategy studies. Drive content, questions, analysis, story-telling, organization, cadence and pace. Participate in projects scoping for internal or external work, creating guides for interviews and conducting interviews. Coordinate various stakeholders to deliver findings within agreed timelines. Formulate key conclusions. Apply business judgement and knowledge of Digital Energy solutions acquired over time, to devise feasible and actionable recommendations for profitable growth and transformation for Digital Energy. Prepare and present written and oral reports of findings to key stakeholders inside Digital Energy. Develop, manage, and maintain excellent relationships within Digital Energy (lines of business, finance, commercial team, build segment team).
Requirements: Position requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Finance, Management Studies, or related field. Progressive, post-bachelor's experience required (2 years with Master's degree or 5 years with Bachelor's degree) in strategic management consulting, internal financial analysis and auditing, or related occupation, which must include at least some education in or experience with the following skills: Screening information on various topics from multiple sources and synthesizing to make meaningful business management recommendations; Building financial models and performing detailed quantitative analyses; Reviewing and interpreting financial statements and reports; Conducting detailed and in-depth cost modelling, including market sizing models, revenue models, and financial models; Analyzing product roadmaps, technology, and architecture; and Performing interviews with industry experts, customers, and formers to assimilate findings and test hypotheses in the market.
