Engineering - Civil Project Engineer/Project Manager 5 - 8 Years Experience (Finance)

Job Qualifications:
Candidates must have at least five years' experience in site development, plus engineering, project management, and planning experience.
This position requires a B.S. degree or higher, a California P.E. license, and a minimum of five years of experience. We require experience with sustainable design practices, meeting Low Impact Development (LID) and Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) goals, and proven ability to prepare SUSMPs, SWPPPs, and WQMPs.
Ability to visit job sites to inspect existing conditions and envision potential scope of work requirements
Ability to sit and/or stand for prolonged periods of time at a desk working on a computer and viewing a screen.
Ability t o apply established engineering principles to solve problems and/or overcome obstacles using sound judgement, independent decision making, and prolonged focus
Successful candidates should be able to demonstrate the ability to focus on client satisfaction, possess high-level communication and interpersonal skills with an interest in training, developing, and supporting staff, and have experience working in a cooperative team environment.

In addition to typical site development engineering, our civil group serves as a prime consultant to government clients for management and design of transportation, waterfront, site improvements, and major utility projects.

The salary range for this position is $95,000 - $120,000 depending on education, experience, and licensure.
