AVP, Portfolio Management (Finance)
As an integral member of the Small Business Portfolio Management Domain, the AVP, Portfolio Management will be responsible for driving the Small Business Division's commercial P&C underwriting profitability, growth and digital transformation objectives. He/she will collaborate closely with actuarial, product, analytics, and business intelligence colleagues to advance real time underwriting and portfolio monitoring capabilities that enable profitable digital underwriting. This individual will have direct P&L performance responsibility by way of influencing ratemaking and implementing non-rate pricing strategies. Critical proficiencies will span portfolio / product management, data analytics, strategy, complex problem solving, leadership and communication.
