Comfort Advisor (Personal Services)
Peterman Brothers is hiring a HVAC Sales / Comfort Advisor to join our growing team in Fort Wayne, IN.
The Role:
Our Comfort Advisors provide options for system replacement within each customer's home. Their priority is the customer, providing options and ensuring a 5-star quality service with every interaction, every call, in every home.
What You'll Do
Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services.Develop key client relationships, negotiating and closing deals.Create sales proposals that are accurate and complete, that can be easily transferred to the installation team.Execute on aggressive sales plans and propose expansions.Create confident buyers by providing complete and accurate information about our products and pricing in doing so. We expect a 55-60% close rate and roughly generate $1.5 million in sales annually.Gets potential customers excited about Jon's and encourages them to spread the word.Participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings, and company events.
