Test & Personalization Engineer (Architecture)
The Testing & Personalization Engineer for Lands' End works on the entire e-commerce testing and personalization program. Works with a team of digital analysts and digital merchandisers to execute a complex program of tests impacting all parts of the e-commerce experience from on-site merchandising, enhanced product finding methods, and user experience improvements. In addition, primary responsibility for executing a wide range of personalization efforts to enhance our customer's on-line experience. Ensure the required data is fed into our personalization platform, consulting with business users which personalized experiences are technically possible, and executing all experience design, tool setup, and custom coding to ensure these ideas are tested flawlessly.
