Day Porter (Maintenance)

Essential Functions:

Adheres to established procedures to provide a safe working environment including complying with Osha, state/local, federal, and company regulations

Maintains a clean and orderly environment

Properly cleans and maintains multiple areas as assigned

Follows procedures for storage and disposal of trash and transports it to designated areas

Reports maintenance concerns via work order requests to appropriate personnel

Frequently removes dusts and debris from high and low surfaces

Completes any daily paperwork required

Other duties and tasks as assigned by Facilities Manager

Cleaning the restrooms and program areas. Sweeping,mopping and dusting

Qualifications:

Previous custodial experience preferred but not required

The ability to walk or stand for extended periods of time, lift up to 50 pounds and the ability to climb stairs as needed are required.

Must be able to pass a background check
