Pay: $98,000-$167,900
What you will do
The Finance Manager NeoStrata / LE Controller role primarily oversees the overall NeoStrata close process, leading the team through monthly/quarterly submissions including JE's, BSAR's, and other SOX related activities. The position is responsible for the NeoStrata Account to Report team, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes, reporting, and documentation. In addition, this position will support the US Legal Entity Controlling group, ensuring the integrity and precision of the US LE financial statements, tax filings, reporting packages, and other relevant reports. Responsibilities will include streamlining month, quarter, and year-end closings within established timelines, and handling high importance/complex items during entity closings. The position requires interaction with Business Unit (BU) Finance, providing crucial financial data and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the NeoStrata quarter close processes through monthly/quarterly submissions including JE's, BSAR's, and other SOX related activities
• Lead and develop a team providing financial and accounting support to the global NeoStrata business
• Responsible for coordinating and finalizing the annual Standing Operating Procedures (SOP's) NeoStrata process
• Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes, reporting, and documentation
• Lead continued integration of the people, processes, and systems into Kenvue practices as needed
• Maintain strong, compliant internal control environment, partnering with PWC and CIA
• Support US Legal Entity Controlling, by gaining a thorough understanding of each legal entity's jurisdiction to grasp the financial accounting and reporting procedures, bearing in mind the complexities and effect of local laws on the overall company's financial protocols.
• Prepare flux analysis for each legal entities results
• Review and approve complex journal entries prepared by accounting teams.
• Collaborate with Regional Controller, Consolidations, and Technical Accounting teams to address intricate accounting issues.
• Coordinate with external auditors for Legal Entity audits.
What we are looking for
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or related field (Master's degree or CPA preferred).
• 5 years of proven Finance/Accounting experience
• Prior experience with system integrations preferred.
• Deep understanding of accounting principles, financial legislation, and regulatory standards.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team.
• Strong analytical, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage through ambiguity and complexity.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
