Site Inspector (Project Management)
Ankmar of Denver, a DH Pace Company, Inc., has a current opening for a Residential Site Inspector. The position is ideal for individuals who are mechanically inclined, have a good work ethic, and strong customer service skills wanting to get started with a growing company where there are many opportunities for growth.
Pay range for this position: From $23.00 an hour based on experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Enter orders
- Follow up with homeowners to confirm appointment time
- Develop and cultivate new relationships with builders
- Interact with new construction builders and strive to accommodate their demands
- Check for parts numbers and descriptions of parts, descriptions of work completed, customer's signatures and date, and check to see if jobs are completed or if it is a continuing ticket and a technician needs to return to the jobsite.
- Provide accurate work orders and picking lists to the warehouse for inventory pulling and manage WIP inventory and returns from job site to minimize inventory investment.
- Oversee operational activities, to include, but not limited to: establish and enforce customer service standards and expectations, realize profitability on jobs performed, and follow through on all administrative tasks.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Mechanical aptitude
- Must have an outgoing personality and a natural affinity for taking care of customers
- References must be able to tell us that you have an outstanding work ethic, are highly reliable, self-motivated and goal oriented with a drive to be successful
- Must have good time management skills, be organized and have the ability to multi-task
- Valid Driver's License required.
