Systems must operate in spaceborne, airborne, terrestrial and marine environments. Engineer must conceptualize, analyze and generate subsystem layouts; develop designs and collaborate with other disciplines to ensure that specified performance is achieved within budget and schedule. Produce designs and layouts using 3D solid modeling software; perform analyses using a variety of methods, and work with other engineers to ensure design integrity and hardware performance. Support Program and Operations Leadership with technical guidance on hardware design; collaborate with Manufacturing Engineers in the development of assembly/test tooling and procedures and to ensure design manufacturability; troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the build and test phase; and contribute to business development activities.
