Distribution Lead (Project Management)
Maintain the accuracy of outbound orders while staying compliant with state regulations.
Oversee loading vans with the outbound products and unloading products for the customer.
Perform routine inspection of company vehicles and supplies to ensure road safety and bring any vehicle issues or maintenance needs to GM for approval
Oversee inventory of daily merchandise loaded on the van and protect product as needed during harsh conditions (extreme heat and cold)
Ensure that manifests are complete, accurate and uploaded to the drive on a daily basis
Use of standard money handling practices to ensure all pertinent information is written on invoices (amount paid or terms discussed, receiving party signature, additional notes for ops as needed) and payments are safely stored until delivered in full to the warehouse
Review LeafLink on a daily basis and date orders according to the delivery schedule while communicating with ops/sales if there are special requests that need to be met
Be the main point of contact for Ops / Sales while delivering, handling routine problems and serving as an interface between company and customer, checking daily reports to confirm resolutions of all problems or calling for help when an issue arises
Collecting payments as needed and when appropriate based on route planning and drive time
Ensure that product distribution is accomplished to customer satisfaction in agreement with any contract terms and requirements
Working closely with ops and sales to improve route efficiency and expand existing customer relationships
Oversee the operation of vehicles in accordance with OSHA and DOT requirements as well as local, state, and other federal requirements;
Creating and Oversee timelines of maintenance for motor vehicles
Attends all company training sessions and meetings including team outings
Oversee displays on the sales floor. Remove outdated materials and take POS pictures as needed
Report of out of stocks inventory, account issues, or positive feedback given by the dispensary
Oversee KPIs as well as suggest new KPIs as the market changes to be approved by GM
Oversee completion of all end-of-day reports.
Assist sales in gaining new accounts when time permits including dropping samples, business cards and collecting purchasing manager / owner contact information
Co-manage with sales any new accounts under your name
Employment Details
Full-Time position eligible for OT as approved by GM
Start time 9AM, Mon-Fri with company holidays included

Educational Background / Certificates
Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study (preferred)
Additional Qualifications
Must be twenty-one (21) years of age
Must provide proof of a clean driving record for the past 5 years
Must meet the Federal Department of Transportation eligibility requirements, including appropriate driver's license and corresponding safety and medical certification as a condition of employment for this position.
Must consent to a criminal background check performed by the Company and/or the State Department of Health Services
Employment offers are contingent upon the successful completion of the criminal background check conducted by the State Department of Health Service for obtaining an ADHS Facility Agent Card.
Must have approved OMMA Employee Credential to be eligible for this position

Compensation
Base Range
$17.50 - $18 / hr plus eligibility for OT as needed / approved by GM
Eligible for yearly wage increases based on performance and completion of KPIs
Bonus Potential
Up to 10% of annual salary based on completion of KPIs (annual bonus)
