Administrative Assistant (Finance)



Netsimco, is a Saalex company located in Middletown, RI. Saalex is an Engineering and Information Technology Services company providing Cyber Security, Information Technology, Strategic Operations Research, Wargaming, Training and Education, Range Operations and Management, Engineering and Logistics Services, Data Analytics and Business Intelligence Services to an array of government agencies across every warfare domain.

We are currently seeking a motivated and ambitious administrative assistant to join our team. This person will be responsible for the following:

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative services in

  • Word processing
  • Spreadsheet development
  • Documenting management issues
  • Financial analysis
  • Data collection
  • Report processing
  • Brief preparation
  • Meeting record keeping
  • Management of milestone schedules

Requirements:
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, having time-sensitive deadlines
  • Ability to communicate affectively
  • Basic understanding of proper protocol and military structure
  • Proficient in Google Applications, Microsoft Suite, and SharePoint

Administrative Assistants must have Defense Travel System User training/certification.

Ability to obtain and maintain a DOD security clearance. AA/EEO Apply
