LB&B Associates Inc and Dae Sung, LLC are currently seeking an HVAC Control Technician at our contracts for the Robert A. Young Federal Building and Thomas F. Eagleton Courthouse in St. Louis, MO. The HVAC Control Technician shall have a minimum of (5) years of experience and be knowledgeable of theory related to (BAS) Building Automation Systems, electrical and pneumatic instrumentation/controls and methods for testing, troubleshooting and calibrating such devices and systems. The HVAC Control Technician will be responsible for operating the system, providing technical support to personnel, and troubleshooting/repair of system problems. The HVAC Control Technician shall on a quarterly basis exercise all control points in the system to demonstrate that the software, hardware, and controlled devices are operating as designed. The HVAC Control Technician shall submit a quarterly report identifying all necessary corrective actions, a plan for correction, and a schedule for correction. The HVAC Control Technician shall be factory certified and trained for programming, troubleshooting, repair, and installation of the hardware specific to this installation and possess a minimum of five years of experience with this equipment. Experience with JCI Metasys, BACNET and/or Niagara/Tridium a plus. HVAC experience to include chillers, boilers, VAV's, air handler, air compressors etc..
