Job Summary:
The Landscape Construction Crew Leader oversees and manages landscape projects from start to finish, ensuring efficient, high-quality work. Collaborating with the on-site team, the Crew Leader oversees new landscape installations and renovations, managing both planting and hardscaping for excellent results. The Crew Leader is crucial to the success of landscape projects, providing leadership, management, and oversight to ensure that projects meet the highest standards and client expectations.

Key responsibilities:

Project Management: Coordinating and supervising all on-site activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.
Team Leadership: Leading and motivating the on-site crew, providing clear direction, and delegating tasks effectively.
Quality Control: Monitoring all aspects of the work to ensure that it meets the required standards and specifications.
Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving any issues that may arise during the project.
Safety Management: Ensuring that all work is carried out in a safe and compliant manner, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
Client Liaison: Communicating effectively with clients, keeping them informed of progress, and addressing any concerns.
Material Management: Managing the on-site inventory of materials and equipment, ensuring that all resources are used efficiently.
Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of all project activities, including daily logs, progress reports, and timesheets.
