Essential Job Duties

Perform general building maintenance tasks; receive work orders and performs tasks required to complete duties assigned
Monitor and record water temperatures throughout the facility, such as resident use areas, laundry and dietary areas
Monitor and maintain HVAC system, electrical systems, and emergency generator systems
The Transportation Driver under the direction of the Director of Maintenance to provide transportation services for facility Residents using the facility van.
Transport residents to and from their medical appointments and community outings.
In coordination with nursing staff ensure that proper medical documents are accurate for transport to medical visits/appointments.
Maintain safety and comfort of residents during transportation.
Keep a detailed log of all transports.
Maintain the routine van mileage log.
In coordination with facility maintain and schedule routine van maintenance.
Other duties as assigned
