WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Territory Manager - Dallas-Fort Worth and North Austin
The Territory Manager (Dallas-Fort Worth and North Austin) is responsible for prospecting and retaining accounts, as well as partnering with existing accounts to grow their services with Vetsource. They will ensure customers maximize the value of those services to increase revenue, client loyalty, and practice efficiency. This growth-oriented role requires a comprehensive knowledge of Vetsource offerings and effective communication of their value proposition. The TM focuses on gaining, maintaining, and expanding accounts through cross and up-selling by building relationships with key practice members and industry partners.
This is a full-time, remote position, although there is a requirement to reside within a reasonable driving distance to the assigned territory (ideally within 25 miles of either Dallas, Texas or Austin, Texas).
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Develop and maintain a territory strategy to manage opportunities and drive growth to meet revenue targets.
Manage call cycle to maximize efficiency of in-person visits ensuring a regular cadence of practice outreach and engagement.
Coordinate cross functionally with departments and industry partners to plan and execute in-market activity to achieve business goals.
Evaluate the risk of attrition and develop retention strategies and tactics.
Conduct regular strategy reviews with key decision makers to evaluate opportunities and needs.
Define and implement in-practice behavior-change programs to drive staff engagement and client penetration.
Conduct and/or coordinate in-person staff training and/or lunch-and-learns.
Develop in-practice protocols to drive strategy and revenue.
Ensure Vetsource marketing materials are in place to drive awareness for clients.
Introduce and sell additional and complementary service lines
WHAT YOU BRING
4+ years of field-based sales or similar experience.
Undergraduate degree in Business or related field or equivalent work experience/training.
Working knowledge of Salesforce Automation tools (e.g., Salesforce).
Travel required - up to 50% (local, regional, nation).
Must reside within reasonable driving distance to assigned territory (ideally within 25 miles).
Results driven, proactive and able to work autonomously.
Proven experience with multiple sales techniques.
Proven track-record of retaining and saving accounts.
Track record of achieving sales quotas/goals.
Demonstrated ability to set and execute against a strong territory plan.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Reliable internet access is required.
Sitting/standing at a desk working on a computer for long periods of time.

Pay range (US based applicants): $88,102 - $110,000 (annualized)
Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, experience, certifications, relevant education and training, while also considering internal equity.
