In-Home Family Therapist - CTSS- Metro Area (Finance)

As an In-Home Family Therapist on the Early Childhood Team in Nystrom & Associates Community Based division, youll work in our CTSS (Childrens Therapeutic Support Services) program. You will build relationships with children and families to help them identify treatment goals; with an emphasis on children ages 0-5. We are looking for a compassionate individual who wants to make a meaningful difference in the lives of the clients we serve.

In this role, youll have the opportunity to:
Provide culturally responsive mental health skills to young children and their families in the home, community, and/or schoolAssist children and their families in identifying goals for functional improvement and work with them to meet their goalsDesign and implement treatment/intervention in-home reflective of the childs needsReceive clinical supervision from a qualified staff, and obtain continuing education unitsEmployees pursuing professional licensureare eligible to participate in Nystrom & Associates Professional Development Track. The Professional Development Track gives early career therapists the opportunity to work as an Outpatient Therapist after 9 months of providing ARMHS services. This track also has a specific focus on continuing education and an emphasis on training and advancement.
