What to expect:

• Lead the day-to-day functions of the Nursing Unit.
• Ensure the highest quality of care for our residents.
• Work closely with the Director of Nursing Services.

Successful Candidates:

• Active RN or LPN license in Colorado.
• CPR certification.
• Ability to pass criminal and Colorado CAPS background checks.
• COVID vaccine required or valid exemption.
• Supervisory experience in skilled nursing is a plus!
• A teammate that is ready to encourage their team to excel.
