Location: South Plant | 600 State Road 32 West, Crawfordsville, IN 47933
Starting Salary: $46,500 - $62,000, based on experience
Primarily Day Shift | Some cross-shift support

What You'll Do:

• Lead hourly recruiting - post jobs, screen candidates, schedule interviews, and help managers hire the best
• Build strong pipelines for key and high-turnover roles
• Create job posts and keep our openings up to date across job boards and company websites
• Partner with technical schools, workforce agencies, and attend job fairs to find great talent
• Deliver a great candidate experience with clear communication and follow-up
• Track recruiting metrics, such as time-to-fill and sourcing success
• Keep employee records up to date and stay compliant with privacy, EEO, and HRIS standards
• Support HR projects, staffing plans, and employee engagement initiatives

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of HR/recruiting experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A solutions mindset - you can spot problems and figure out how to fix them
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and learning new HR systems quickly
• Understanding of employment law, EEO/AAP, and basic HR policies
• Energy, drive, and a passion for helping people succeed
