Travel Pharmacy Technician (Healthcare)
Responsibilities
Able to work independently under the direction of a supervisorMaintain active communication with client facility and pharmacy staffUtilize reporting applications (myQlink, OmniCenter)Maintain accurate information at each ADS (Automated Dispensing System) (quantity and expiration date)Identify and address discrepancies to ensure proper billingReplace potentially expiring inventoryRestock depleted inventoryMonthly audits (cycle count)Provide reports for the facilityComplete any other task assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications
Important: Must be local to Central Texas areaHigh School diploma or equivalentLicensed Texas Pharmacy Technician or Pharmacy Technician TraineePrevious pharmacy experience required (one-year experience in long-term care preferred)Experience with Automated Dispensing Systems (Pyxis, Omnicell) and Data Entry preferredAble to use various programs and applications efficiently and able to troubleshoot ADS problemsGood organizational skills and detail orientedBasic math and analytical skillsAbility to physically perform light liftingA valid drivers license and reliable transportation requiredWilling to drive long distances in the State of Texas
Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
