DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Mechanical Engineering for our Akela Engineering & Consulting vertical This position will oversee the mechanical engineering team responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining mechanical systems in building projects. This role involves leading a team of engineers, managing projects from inception to completion, and ensuring all mechanical systems are efficient, sustainable, and meet client requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the MEP services industry, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building a successful mechanical engineering team. This role will also be responsible for identifying and pursuing new MEP business opportunities, developing, and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring the high-quality delivery of mechanical designs to clients.
Leadership and Management:
The salary range for this position is $131,000-$227,000.
