- Experience in the Post-Acute Space: Must have a well-established network and a proven track record of success in skilled nursing or related healthcare industries.
- Relationship Builder: Ability to connect with referral sources, case managers, and healthcare organizations to drive census growth.
- Strategic Visionary: Strong skills in identifying opportunities, developing marketing strategies, and executing business plans.
- Professional Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to represent Tiburon Hills Care Center with confidence and clarity.
- Collaborative Leader: A team player who works effectively with the facility's leadership team to achieve shared goals.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with referral sources and healthcare partners.
- Driving census growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
- Overseeing marketing initiatives, community outreach, and branding efforts.
- Monitoring trends in the post-acute care space to stay ahead of the curve.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure exceptional resident transitions and satisfaction.
