Responsibilities:
Warmly greets GuestsOrganize/ quote wait list timesMaintain timely seating of reservations, while acknowledging and fulfilling Guest requests whenever possibleSeat GuestsManage reservation specific communication to Servers and Managers from Resy notesMaintain cleanliness in all areas of the host stand including counters, menus, computer, shelves and storage areas
Other Functions:
Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the
restaurant as directed by the restaurant manager or immediate supervisorComplying with health and food safety standards, bussing tables and resetting for service as neededProviding great Guest service, and following Fifty/50 Restaurant Group policies & proceduresClosing The Berkshire Room a minimum of 2 shifts per week
Physical Functions:
Ability to stand/walk a minimum of 8 hours or as needed.Must be able to exert well-paced and frequent mobility for periods of up to 8 hours or as neededBe able to lift up to 20 pounds frequentlyBe able to climb and descend stairs frequentlyWill frequently reach, feel, bend, stoop, carry, finely manipulate and key in dataWork in both warm and cool environmentsHigh levels of noise from music, Guest and employee traffic.Must be able to tolerate potential allergens: peanut products, egg, dairy, gluten, soy,
